The TOTAL DELIVERY TIME is based on the time it will take to process the order + the time it will take for the finished item to be shipped to you.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (3 business days) + Shipping Time (3-9 working days)

All orders will be posted in 3 buseniss day. 

Tips
1. For our shipping, please provide a valid contact number, postal code at the shipping address. DO NOT enter P.O Box/APO/FPO address.
2. Delivery is usually done from Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays, working hours only.

Below are the detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. Please see whether either of these pertain to you and if the item(s) are covered by our return policy within 30 days of receipt.

The following reasons are COVERED by our Return/Exchange Policy. (Within 30 days of receipt)

• It arrived wrong item/color.
• It arrived damaged or in defective quality.
• If we send it in the wrong size.
• It arrived with missing parts.
• Packages were get lost in transit after being confirmed with the shipping company.

The following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy. 

• Special sale items, Clearance items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Products were send in the wrong size due to customers providing the wrong sizes.
• Worn, used, stained, trimmed wigs, altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Products were destroyed or returned due to failure to sign for receipt in time.
• Outside of 30 days of receipt.

The buyer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs.
Postage cost is non-refundable. A re-stocking fee of $8.50 will be deducted from refunds if free shipping was offered for the order, if the buyer is exchange items,we will waive the re-stocking fee.

Below are the detailed instructions on HOW TO PROCESS a return or exchange.

1. First of all, please contact our after-sale service via email or submit a request here, we will check the issues and confirm the return details for you. Otherwise, we do not accept the return without the consent of the customer service.
2. Please send the related evidence to confirm the problem, so we can claim it for you.
3. The refunds will be returned back to you in 3 business days after we receive the item in good condition.

IMPORTANT:

1. Please allow 1-2 inches differes for the obove size chart due to manual measurement, thanks ((1inch=2.54cm, 1cm=0.39inch)
2. As different computers display colors differently, the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the above images, thanks for your understanding.
